How to Use polishing wax Using polishing Wax The polishing process is divided into three steps: rough, medium and fine polishing. For optimum performance, a targeted polishing wax must be used.

The polishing wax produced by our factory is square and easy to use. Different colors represent different types of polishing wax to avoid confusion when used. High levels of abrasive can accelerate the entire polishing process. This process is to polish the surface of the Polishing wheel to smooth the material.

First, choose the size of the polishing wheel The motor power determines the size of the polishing wheel. The shaft of the motor must be matched with the bore of the polishing wheel. Place the buffing wheel in the center of the shaft and tighten with a wrench. The surface of the polishing wheel has a uniform linear velocity to achieve the best polishing effect. Therefore, if a large polishing wheel is used with a smaller motor, the polishing speed will be affected when the line speed drops a lot while polishing.

Second, use the buffing wheel and buffing wheel to turn toward you and get enough speed. Polish the wax gently against the edge of the wheel and make sure it is below the level of the axis of rotation until the surface is covered with wax. Use a clean metal piece to gently rest on the wheel surface for a few seconds to spread the wax. Repeat several times to evenly cover the wax on the surface. When the surface is completely covered with wax, the polishing process can be performed. If necessary, apply a polishing wax to the wheel (preferably, wipe the wax on the wheel before painting). The wheels used for rough throw, middle throw (cutting and throwing) and fine throwing (glazing) should be separated and must be separated, otherwise the glazing process will scratch the surface with rough particles.

Third, the correct use of the buff wheel turns toward itself and runs at full speed. Wax the wax onto the wheel with the polishing wax on the edge of the wheel for a few seconds (don't place the wax on the polished object). Hold the workpiece lightly against the tread and ensure that the workpiece is below the level of the center axis of the wheel, otherwise the wheel may throw the workpiece out of the hand. The correct method of operation is to gently touch the wheel surface with the workpiece and remove the workpiece. This helps to sharpen the surface and avoid spots. Wax if necessary, but do not overdo it. Excessive amounts will produce many deep spots on the workpiece. If wax is used excessively, wipe it off with a tool such as an iron brush and re-apply if necessary. Do not force the wax on the surface of the wheel. Allow the wheel to rotate freely. When the workpiece enters the polishing (glazing) process, no coarse particles remain in the wheel, otherwise scratches will occur. When the polishing is completed, the surface of the workpiece is wiped with a soft cloth stained with talcum powder to remove the wax, and the workpiece is dewaxed if necessary. A simple test can grasp the entire process.
