Due to its 45 degree oblique cutting, the fibers will not fall off, resulting in high cutting efficiency during polishing.
This type of cloth wheel has moderate hardness and good flexibility, suitable for polishing flat surfaces or products with high and low drops, irregular wrinkles, and cooling effect during the polishing process. It can also be subjected to oily treatment to save costs. When used in conjunction with an automatic Polishing Machine, it can be used with medium and fine polishing liquid compound and polishing solid compound.
3、 Buckle cloth wheel (non sewn whole cloth wheel)
This type of cloth wheel is generally made of fine soft cotton fabric, and the buckle cloth wheel is generally divided into two types: poplin and anti feather cloth. The difference is that the anti feather cloth has higher hardness and density than poplin, greater grinding force, and more wear-resistant. Can be used with mirror polishing wax.
This type of cloth wheel is generally used for the final polishing process - mirror treatment, which has good flexibility and slight grinding force. It is suitable for polishing complex shaped workpieces or for precision polishing of small workpieces.
*Precautions for using polishing cloth wheels
1.In order to achieve the best effect of the Polishing wheel, the required polishing cloth wheel should be configured according to the material and size requirements of the polishing machine.
2.The size of the polishing wheel is determined by the power of the polishing machine motor, and the aperture of the polishing wheel needs to match the motor shaft.
3. The polishing wheel should be placed in the center of the shaft and must be tightened with a wrench, otherwise accidents may occur during high-speed rotation.
4.To ensure the polishing effect, the surface linear speed of the polishing wheel should be uniform. Therefore, if too large a polishing wheel is used with a smaller motor, the linear speed will significantly decrease during polishing, and the polishing effect will also be affected.
