What is polishing wax

Polishing wax, also known as polishing paste, polishing soap, polishing wax, or polishing wax, is a material used for surface polishing of products.

What is Polishing Compound made of?

Polishing agents are typically composed of granular materials, liquid media, and additives.
Firstly, the granular materials in the polishing agent have a certain degree of hardness, such as alumina, silica sand, etc. These particles undergo friction and cutting with the surface of the polished object during the polishing process, removing surface unevenness and minor defects.

Types of polishing wax

Polishing wax can also be divided into polishing solid compound and polishing liquid compound based on their morphology, and into manual polishing wax and machine polishing wax based on their usage.

The production process of non embroidered steel polishing wax

1. Measurement and mixing: Measure polyethylene wax powder, chemicals, and solvents separately according to the required amount of material, and mix evenly.
2. Heating and stirring: Put the mixed materials into the pot, start heating, and wait for the materials to dissolve and reach sufficient viscosity before stirring.
3. Pouring and cooling: Pour the hot applied liquid material into the mold, wait for natural cooling, and then remove the solid from the mold.
4. Cutting and polishing: Cut the solid material into the required dimensions, and then polish it to make its surface smooth and flat.
5. Packaging: The polished stainless steel solid polishing wax is used for packaging.

The usage method of stainless steel polishing wax

For surfaces with trachoma or oxide layer, they can be polished with a hundred Flap Wheel and then polished with Cotton Cloth Wheel or felt wheel in combination with this product, resulting in good gloss performance.
For surfaces with lower roughness values, such as 2B thick plates, this product can be directly used in conjunction with cotton  cloth wheel for polishing. The recommended Polishing Buff Wheel speed is 2600/minute.

Is polishing agent the same as wax

The polishing agent used during polishing is also a grinding agent containing friction materials, but it contains finer particles. In addition, during the polishing process, a part of the polishing agent is integrated into the paint surface, causing a reduction reaction, and finally obtaining a clean, smooth, and bright paint surface.
