1. Polisher speed and pressure. The increase in speed and pressure in high speed polishing is approximately linear with the increase in polishing rate.

2. The effect of polishing liquid. Experiments show that for the polyurethane mold, the liquid temperature is suitable between 30 and 35; the concentration of the polishing liquid increases linearly from 0 to 15%, and the polishing rate decreases when it exceeds 30%; the acidity of the polishing liquid affects the polishing quality, The polishing rate and the corrosion of the machined surface have a great influence. Generally, the pH value should be controlled at a weak acidity between 6 and 7; the supply of polishing liquid, the flow rate is too large or the polishing rate is too small. The concentration and temperature of the polishing liquid are coordinated; the particle size of the polishing powder should be selected according to the requirements of surface defects. Generally, when the requirements for surface defects are high, polishing powder with finer particle size is used.

3. The type of glass and the surface roughness after fine grinding have an important influence on the polishing efficiency and the surface quality of the parts.
