How to use polishing wax The polishing process is divided into three steps: coarse polishing, intermediate polishing, and fine polishing. To achieve optimal performance, targeted polishing waxes must be used.
The polishing wax produced by our factory is square and easy to use. Different colors represent different types of polishing wax to avoid confusion during use. A high content of abrasive can accelerate the entire polishing process. This process involves polishing the surface of the Polishing wheel to make the material smooth.
1. The size of the polishing wheel is determined by the power of the motor. The shaft of the motor must match the hole of the polishing wheel. Place the polishing wheel in the center of the shaft and tighten it with a wrench. The surface of the polishing wheel has a uniform linear velocity to achieve the best polishing effect. Therefore, if a larger polishing wheel is used with a smaller motor, the linear speed during polishing will decrease significantly, thereby affecting the polishing speed.
3. Correctly use the buff wheel to turn to oneself and run at full speed. Apply polishing wax to the wheel edge for a few seconds (do not place the wax on the polished object). Gently lean the workpiece against the tread and ensure that it is level below the central axis of the wheel, otherwise the wheel may throw the workpiece out of its hand. The correct operating method is to gently touch the surface of the grinding wheel with the workpiece and remove it. This helps to sharpen the surface and avoid spots. Wax if necessary, but do not overdo it. Excessive amounts can create many deep spots on the workpiece. If too much wax is used, please use tools such as an iron brush to wipe it off and reapply if necessary. Do not forcefully apply wax to the surface of the wheels. Allow the wheels to rotate freely. When the workpiece enters the polishing (polishing) process, there should be no residual coarse particles in the grinding wheel, otherwise scratches may occur. After polishing, wipe the surface of the workpiece with a soft cloth dipped in talcum powder to remove wax, and if necessary, perform dewaxing treatment on the workpiece. A simple test can grasp the entire process.
