Manufacturing method of polishing wheel

(1) Emery cloth wheel. It is made of abrasive Cloth with different particle sizes and abrasives (such as corundum and silicon carbide). It has high cutting rate and is suitable for grinding, polishing, burring and finishing of various types of materials.

(2) Cotton Polishing Wheel. It is made of different kinds of cotton cloth. Using different impregnation methods and different abrasives, it can be used for semi polishing, polishing and mirror polishing.

(3) Hemp and cotton mixed Polishing wheel. It is made of linen or lined with cotton cloth, which generally needs to be impregnated. With the help of various abrasives, it can be preliminarily polished and polished.

(4) Synthetic material - non woven polishing wheel. Synthetic materials mostly use nylon filament, binder and abrasive to make non-woven fabrics, which are used as raw materials to make polishing wheels of various shapes. Because it contains abrasive, it is generally used for polishing without abrasive.
