How to polish with polishing wheel and paste

The quality of polishing products is closely related to the manufacturing process of polishing materials, so the polishing paste must be of high quality and the manufacturer of polishing paste with exquisite technology.

Generally, different colors represent different kinds of polishing paste to avoid confusion in use. High content of abrasive can accelerate the whole polishing process. Polishing paste generally has many colors, and many manufacturers can customize it. It is usually used with cloth grinding wheel, hemp wheel or pure Cotton Cloth Wheel. There are three processes of rough, medium and fine grinding. The Yellow Polishing Wax is used to rough grind the product with Cloth grinding wheel, the purple polishing wax is used to medium grind the product, and the white or green polishing wax is used to fine grind or mirror grind the product. The difference between the two is that the former gives white light and the latter gives blue light. In order to obtain the best performance of polishing paste, targeted polishing paste must be selected.

How to use polishing paste correctly?
1. First, clean the surface to be polished (local polishing, you can only clean the range to be polished).
2. If it is necessary to remove deep scratches, first polish with sandpaper. When the sandpaper is finished, clean the dirt from the sandpaper with clean water or wet towel. Do not allow dirt to remain on the paint surface.
3. Wipe the wax evenly on the surface to be polished with a rough wheel (or cloth wheel) (if the polishing area is too large, the workpiece should be divided into multiple parts and operated one by one according to the local area. It is absolutely not allowed to wipe the workpiece before polishing, because the liquid in the wax will volatilize and there will be large dust during polishing).
4. Use the Polishing Machine with the roughing wheel (or cloth wheel). The surface of the polishing disc must be clean and no other substances can adhere to it.
5. The fastest speed of the polishing machine is recommended to be within 5 gears (1200-2500 RPM).
6. The construction of the next local area can not be carried out until the wax is completely collected, the brightness comes out, and the scratch is ground flat.
7. Finish the workpiece polishing process by analogy.

How to use Polishing wheel to polish polishing paste?

The polishing wheel turns in the direction of yourself and has achieved sufficient speed. Gently rest the polishing paste against the edge of the wheel and make sure it is below the horizontal plane of the rotating shaft until the surface is covered with polishing paste. Use a clean piece of metal to gently lean against the wheel surface for a few seconds to spread the polishing paste. Repeat several times to make the polishing paste cover the surface evenly. When the surface is completely covered with paste, the polishing process can be carried out. If necessary, apply polishing paste on the wheel (it is best to wipe the paste on the wheel before applying it). The wheels used for rough polishing, medium polishing (cutting polishing) and fine polishing (polishing) should be separated and must be separated, otherwise the surface will be scratched by rough particles in the polishing process. Turn to yourself and run at full speed. Lean the polishing paste against the edge of the wheel for a few seconds to make the paste adhere to the wheel (do not put the paste on the polished object). Hold the workpiece lightly against the wheel surface and ensure that the workpiece is below the horizontal plane of the central axis of the wheel, otherwise the wheel may throw the workpiece out of your hand. The correct operation method is to gently touch the wheel surface with the workpiece, and then remove the workpiece. This helps to grind away the sharp corners of the surface and avoid spots. Add cream if necessary, but do not overdose it. If excessive, the workpiece will produce many deep spots. If you accidentally use too much polishing paste, wipe it off with tools such as iron brush, and recoat it if necessary. Do not press the paste on the wheel surface with force, but let the wheel rotate freely. When the workpiece enters the fine polishing (polishing) process, do not have rough particles left in the wheel, otherwise scratches will occur. When polishing is completed, wipe the surface of the workpiece with a soft cloth stained with talc powder to remove the paste. If necessary, remove the paste from the workpiece.
